Evgeny Polyakov is an international commercial executive with over 25 years of experience across the energy, engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, and rotating equipment sectors. He has held senior global leadership roles driving business growth, strategic sales, and commercial transformation across the USA, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Throughout his career, Evgeny has led high-value commercial programmes, built international distribution networks, and negotiated complex multi-million-pound agreements with industrial clients ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations. He has also led M&A transactions and structured joint ventures across international markets, supporting clients through acquisition, integration, and market-entry strategy. His expertise spans project and programme management, executive sales leadership, strategic business development, complex contract negotiation, and global market expansion.

At Jenova Partners, Evgeny leads executive search and strategic advisory, drawing on his operating experience to help clients navigate growth, transformation, and international expansion.

Evgeny holds a PhD in Corporate Strategy from Brunel University London.

Outside of work, Evgeny enjoys spending time with his family, staying active in the gym, and travelling to explore new cultures.
